The Miller’s had a huge problem with their log home in Sunnyside, WA. We contracted with the Miller’s to repair the rotted logs in the corner of their home. Once we have the home properly shored up inside and out, we are beginning the demo portion of the repair to remove all the rot and fix the subfloor if required.
After the rotted logs have been removed and the subfloor repaired, we begin scribing in new logs using the same scribe technique, the same logs, and the same style.
As we make our way up the repair, every log has to be perfectly matched and scribed to the exact height.
