This grand cedar home was one of the first homes built at Suncadia in Cle Elum, WA. The Charles’ contacted us to
restore their home and use Lovitt’s Natural Gold oil based wood finish to protect it from future deterioration, not
to mention it looks great!
The backside of the home faces the golf course with spectacular views, not just for the Charles’ from their deck,
but also for the golfers looking up at their home while on the putting green!
MM’s professional, uniformed crews went to work on this home with a goal of 12
days from start to finish!
Here, the wood has been cleaned and brightened with Lovitt’s Cleaner and Brightener and is
going through
the preparatory stages before finishing with Lovitt’s Natural Gold.
The backside enclosed deck has been cleaned and brightened and the porch soffits are being power and hand sanded
to perfection! We pay close attention to detail, it’s what makes our jobs stand out from the crowd!
The windows and doors are taped tight, we go through tremendous lengths to protect your vegetation and surrounding
substrates. Here the home has received one coat of finished awaiting backbrushing from the crew.
A long day has ended for the crew as we take a look back at the house as the sun sets, we will be back in the morning
for touch up, clean up, and to apply a shiny sealant to the stamped concrete entry way!
The house entry way is now much more inviting, the high solids content of Lovitt’s Natural Gold oil based finish provides
a look like no other, and lasts for years protecting the wood from the harmful effects of the sun, wind, and rain.
